We are storytellers. Our team brings together humanitarian practice, documentary photography, political analysis, and impact evaluation.

Karen Lambert, Co-Founder & Executive Director. A trained mediator and restorative justice facilitator who designs dialogue processes. She leads our work with philanthropic networks.

Guillaume Binet, Co-Founder & Chief Vision Officer. A documentary storyteller who designs exhibitions for galleries and for unexpected public spaces. He leads our relationships with photographers.

Roger Middleton, Co-Founder & COO. A political analyst and field researcher.

Katie Gifford, Strategy and Impact Consultant. She spent 20 years with the UN, most recently as Country Representative for UN Women in Tanzania. She holds an MPH and served in the Peace Corps in Mali.
